You'll have to break the bank to sign a player like Laewandowski, Benzema or Cavani. In a world where even a player with potential like Matial is costing 58m, we can't wait around to sign a top striker who's both up for sale and will cost not more than 30-35m. Aubameyang will be a good signing as well BTW but he's essential to the way Dortmund are playing right now and will cost just as much as the other three I mentioned. Anyway all of them are more like fantasy signings than realistic one's but as far as DM's are concerned there are still many that we can sign for less than 20m and they will challenge Coq for the starting place like Lars bender for example.
There is no option, Meribhai. If we need a proven goalscorer we will have to break the bank. Unless RM decides to go for Aguero and then some crazy merry-go-round later we find Benzema at Arsenal who Arsene been's creaming for. But that's gotta be like Batshit crazy levels.
is a great option but he will want game time. And we have seen the game against Olympiakos where some non-starters were given game time. Ospina is getting slated. He had 1 bad game. ONE. He was best for all of 2nd half last season. He starts for the Colombian national team. When Cech signed there were murmors of him wanting out. Obvious isnt it? Why would he sit on the bench when he is in the prime of his career? Arsene promised him game time. He is the keeper for our cup competitions. But see what happened.
Already we are playing Ramsey out of position because he adds balance to the midfield. Even in the last game, he was the one who made the telling passes. His pass freed up Ozil to run and square it for Sanchez and then again kept the ball alive and passed onto Walcott who laid it for Sanchez's third. But what do people remember? His glaring miss that would have added a 4th goal! Competition is great to get the best out of players but only 1 can play. The other is bound the be on the bench for extended periods.
